My focus as a coach is on helping leaders do what they do even better, whether they’re facing new challenges or want to take their business to the next level. As a leader, you can sometimes feel alone with your thoughts and feelings. I help my clients explore their potential and fulfill their aspirations.
I serve a diverse group of clients, ranging from individual executives to boards, across a wide variety of sectors inside and outside the Middle East and North Africa. I believe coaching should start with a thorough assessment and careful articulation of a goal or purpose. This stimulates stronger insights and gives the following coaching sessions a more substantial impact. Recent research confirms the validity of this approach.
Three main inspirations shape my coaching. First, I use my own experience of becoming a CEO at the age of 29 and subsequently serving as a line manager for more than 500 professionals at one point to understand the context in which my clients work. Second, my passion for personal development and performance, which began 20 years ago, has led me to become familiar with a broad set of coaching techniques. Third, I have been inspired by my extensive work with The Leadership Circle. I believe their frameworks and methods for leadership assessment and development are the most concise and effective ones available on the market.
Every business has either unfulfilled opportunities or resistant challenges that affect the bottom line over time. Leaders are not utilizing the full potential of their organizations, and organizations struggle to meet their leaders’ expectations. As a consultant, I help leaders and their organizations to become more effective together and achieve better results.
My approach is to team up with other strong professionals. We design engagements that address clients’ specific needs and strengths. Our deliverables may include leadership assessments, development planning, workshops on leadership culture, one-on-one coaching, cohort sessions, and feedback tools.
I have gained expertise from a number of sources, including the time I spent as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and my 15-year collaboration with renowned Swedish leadership expert Stefan Falk. I founded Dual Impact, a leadership consulting firm, in 2011 to act on my commitment to improving the performance of leaders and their businesses by helping them pursue ambitious goals while emphasizing personal development. Almost everyone whom I work with today is certified in The Leadership Circle frameworks and methods.
As a speaker, I am committed to engaging audiences and offering them powerful insights that they can apply immediately. To achieve this I am dedicated to customizing my messages to each audience, no matter how large or small they are. I owe it to those listening, to make my speech compelling, eye-opening and relevant.
