A key finding in the Leadership Circle’s research is that a leader’s inner game determines the likelihood of being effective and successful in business. The idea might not be new, but a massive quantity of data dismisses any doubt and paints a more granular picture of what makes it so difficult to master the inner game. These difficulties are human and can be seen operating in any aspect of life. I used private life as well as my new collaboration with Aventura adventure park as examples, when speaking for the spouses accompanying the members of the Young President Organization to its Global Leadership Conference in Dubai this week.
